I believe strongly in education, and have completed both university/college level course-work and certifications through accredited, well-recognized, national/international associations in the fitness & health industry. I continue to further my education by pursuing additional certifications in fitness, health, and nutrition, and strive to stay on top of this constantly evolving industry, ensuring my clients receive the best training for their needs.
