    Fun-ness:
  • Pursuing fitness & health shouldn't be a chore. It should be something you enjoy which naturally integrates into your lifestyle, acting as some hard earned downtime. I am aware of current trends (legitimate ones, that is), and bring creativity and innovation to your workouts to make them as fun, interesting, and fresh as possible.
    Safety:
  • I am committed to your safety, the safety of your exercise sessions, and to minimizing the potential for injuries. On-going assessments will exist throughout your training, and if any issues arise that are outside my scope of practice, I will refer you on to an appropriate professional.
    Motivation:
  • I am here to motivate you – to get you through the tough days, and help maximize your potential on the strong days. Now get off your butt and contact me!
    Thinking:
  • Enjoy your "you" time, and switch off your brain. I'm the brain… and you're the brawn!
    Listening:
  • Ultimately, this is your workout, not mine, and I want to make your sessions perfect for you. I encourage communication and feedback throughout, as there are limitless options when it comes to finding what works best for you. Think of me as an interpreter - you tell me what you want (or don't want), and I'll translate this into exercise that will get you results. If you like it, great! If you don't, we'll change it. Unless, of course, you're being "un-reasonable" – then suck-it-up!
    Education
  • Throughout your sessions, it is my goal to educate you – there are no secrets! I want to empower you with new knowledge and skills that you can apply throughout your life, and pass on to others as you go along. At the end of the day, I want you to learn enough to be independent, so that if you choose to (but you don't have to) - you can FIRE ME!
