Private, Partner or Small Group Training
Personal Training is both a passion and a job that I take seriously. I take a lot of pride in my work, and give careful, close, and detailed attention to every session and client. Each appointment is 1 hour in length, but outside that hour, I dedicate a great deal of time and effort to planning (i.e. program writing, research, support, etc.), and always show-up prepared.
I offer my Personal Training services from my own Comox Valley personal training studio. Located in Courtenay, BC in the vibrant community of Tin Town, Ki Fitness & Health is an ideal space to pursue your fitness & health goals: a private setting, complete with high-end/quality equipment, and a supportive community of like-minded participants and practitioners. For optimal results, I believe the best way to train is one-on-one so you don't have to work at anyone else's level but your own. You get the full and undivided attention you deserve, with every session tailored and progressed in accordance to your specific goals, needs, preferences, limitations, and abilities.
If training with a friend or in a group is what you prefer, then semi-private sessions are the way to go. Workouts target the group as a whole, rather than the individual, but with a strong effort still made to consider participant differences within the limits of the group.
I strongly believe in the power of dedication and consistency, and I offer incentives to encourage regular training, to help ensure the many benefits of personal training are truly realized.
